Ondaland in Vicolungo will reopen its gates from Saturday, May 30 through Tuesday, June 2, before launching its full daily operating season from Saturday, June 6. The reopening marks what the park describes as a major innovation for the European water park industry during its 21st season since opening in June 2005.

For four weeks, Ondaland Water Park in Vicolungo was closed to the public, with access restricted exclusively to authorized personnel. During that time, the park’s spectacular water attractions served as the filming location for Red Carpet – Vip al Tappeto, the comedy reality show hosted by Alessia Marcuzzi and featuring commentary by Marco Santin and Giorgio Gherarducci of the irreverent Gialappa’s Band.

Summer has arrived early at Ondaland, Italy’s largest water park, which opened its gates yesterday in Vicolungo for the holiday weekend through today. Guests can enjoy a combination of water attractions, live entertainment, and special offers every day from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (weather permitting) from June 7 through September 7. “There are plenty of new features this season,” explains Managing Director Daniele Vailati.

More than 1,000 guests entered the park within just a few hours of opening, while 28,000 online bookings had already been made for children’s activities.

Ondaland, che come dice il nuovo logo è «Il più grande parco acquatico d’Italia», ha aperto i suoi cancelli ieri inaugurando la stagione estiva dei novaresi e non solo.
